During Paul’s apprenticeship, he not only grew as a brewer, but his family grew too. As a tribute to the birth of his daughter Emily, Paul has brewed an IPA using Magnum, Centennial, Chinook and Cascade hops. This beer is best when fresh, so we recommend you drink it by New Years Eve 2013.
