Fourth Anniversary – 2013
Wow, four years… time flies when you’re having fun! It has been a wild ride and all along we’ve grown because of support from friends like you. To celebrate turning four, we offer our take on an American original – The Wheat Wine Ale. Copper in color with sweet malts, fruit notes and a nice spiciness. It’s full bodied with a semi-dry finish courtesy of the Belgian yeast we used to ferment it. Thank you for your continued support of our dream.
Third Anniversary – 2012
Year three finds us worlds away from our humble beginnings. Yet some things still hold true. Our beer is still made by hand, unfiltered, unpasteurized, by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. This Oak Aged Belgian Style Quadrupel Ale is a rich malty brew with a beautiful auburn color and refined oak notes. A beer to enjoy now, or savor for years to come. Thank you for your continued support of our dream.
Second Anniversary – 2011
Rich mahogany color with ruby highlights, we offer you our second anniversary beer. This oak aged Belgian style dark ale is one to enjoy now, or savor for years to come. We feel this is one small way we can show our appreciation for your continued support of our dream.
First Anniversary – 2010
With thanks to our friend Mark Robie, we offer you our first Anniversary beer. Made with uncondensed White Birch sap and our house yeast, its a beer unlike any other. We feel this is the perfect way to show our appreciation to our fans for their continued support of our dream.
