Pilot Project #63 Oak Aged

This batch was created to answer the question: What could we create by focusing on Maris Otter as a base malt? Inspired by English ales of olde, we fermented using a special yeast blend. It was then aged for an extended period of time on oak.

A little sweet, a little tart, let us know if you enjoy it as much as we do. If so we might make it a regular offering.
