Tripel

A slightly hazy golden colored brew. We used  a combination of noble hops to bring in earthy and light citric hop notes. Belgian yeast notes, light spicy flavors, soft lightly sweet malts and a crisp dry finish. This is a favorite recipe and one that we’ve enjoyed cellared for up to two years.
