Winter is our favorite time of year. Waking up and driving through the cold, pre-morning darkness to light the kettle and brew. We produce decidely larger, more bracing beers in the winter to help us through. Smoke, darkness, warmth– our winter beers will keep you healthy all season, and if you keep them, they will remain healthy for seasons to come.

Our Winter Seasonals are available from December to March in limited draft, growlers and an occasionally cask.

Unless otherwise noted, our beers are intended to be served between 50 and 55 degrees in a tulip or chalice styled glass. We think this helps show off the beers aromas and flavors best.
